Stewards of the Game Wins Post-Season 2003 Fall Baseball Tournament

The Stewards of the Game 9/10 Year-Olds won the Fall Ball Community League Minors Division Tournament in a stunning 10 to 5 victory over the top-seeded Winecoff Royals.  The young Stewards team started the season slowly, finishing the first six regular season games with a 2-3-1 record.  Drawing upon their strong work ethic and "never-say-die" mentality, they finished the season strong with a four-game winning streak and then swept the three game tournament, beating the undefeated Royals in the championship at Winecoff.  The Fall Ball Community League is comprised of teams from East Lincoln, Odell, Winecoff and Stewards of the Game.

Congratulations to all these young boys who worked so hard all season long!!!
