SPONSORSHIP   OPPORTUNITIES

STEWARDSHIP NEEDS

Contributions will be used to provide the following:

  • Need-based Scholarships for disadvantaged children to participate in Stewards of the Game league play, out-of-town tournaments and post-season camps

  • Gloves, bats, basketballs, sneakers and other essentials to kids who can’t afford them.

  • Special instructional equipment

  • Communication tools such as newsletters, Website, brochures, etc.


PLATINUM STEWARDSHIP  - Contributions: $5,000 and Above

    • Company logo displayed on Stewards of the Game website

    • Company banner displayed at Stewards of the Game special events

    • Presentation of Platinum Stewardship Plaque to acknowledge community involvement

    • Inaugural year Platinum Stewardship Sponsors will be recognized on special plaques to be displayed in lobby of new facility

GOLD STEWARDSHIP
SPONSORS Contributions: $2,500 - $4,999

  • Recognition on Stewards of the Game website

    • Presentation of Gold Stewardship Plaque to acknowledge community involvement

    • Inaugural year Gold Stewardship Sponsors will be recognized on special plaque in lobby of new facility

    • Recognition on Stewards of the Game website

    • Presentation of Silver Stewardship Plaque to acknowledge community involvement

CAPITAL STEWARDSHIP
PARTNERS

(Future)

Stewards of the Game is developing plans to build a state-of-the-art sports facility, which will include six indoor basketball courts, along with indoor batting cages and bullpens. We envision that the site, conveniently located to serve kids in our three communities, will ultimately include approximately six outdoor baseball fields.

A Capital Campaign to begin once land is secured

Varying levels of escalating Capital Partner Sponsorships will include:

  • Individual Ballfield Dedication

  • Individual Gym Floor Dedication

  • Room Dedication

  • Recognition plaques displayed in facility

  • Individual Player/Coach/Family dedications throughout facility

A portion of the capital dollars raised will be used to endow need-based college scholarships for future Stewards of the Game participants
