Register to Play Basketball Ages 5-16

Registration Period – October 1st - November 18th

Stewards of the Game, a faith-based youth sports organization designed to teach young people valuable, “life lessons” through sports. Roster spots are limited…so please complete a registration form and mail it back today! Financial assistance is available. We just ask each family to pay what they can.

If we have enough girls at an age division to have all girl teams we will form them. If not, we will play co-ed.

Registration Costs are as follows - $100 per player* Each child will receive a reversible basketball jersey that they will wear to each practice and game. Parents are responsible for purchasing a pair of BLACK shorts to be worn at each practice and game as well.

*In addition to the $100 registration fee, we ask that each family help out with a seasonal fundraiser. So, each family will be responsible for contributing an additional $60 at the time of registration for 12 SOTG Discount Cards to be sold for $5 each. That way you can recoup 100% of your fundraising contribution. Schools and other organizations typically sell these at $10-$20 each, so asking $5 per card is a GREAT DEAL. They will also make great stocking stuffers for local family and friends. Monies raised through our fundraisng efforts go to help scholarship kids who cannot afford to play as well as underwrite the rising costs of officiating, gym rental, player insurance, etc. Families will only pay for one set of discount cards per family - NOT per child.

Skills Day & PArents Meeting - Saturday, November 10th - Players must attend this evaluation skills days at Community School of Davidson, 404 Armour St., Davidson , NC

Mandatory Coaches Clinic & Meeting: (Coaches must attend one of these two clinics)
Monday, November 19, 2012 - Huntersville Elementary
Tuesday, November 20, 2012 - Bethel Presbyterian Church 

Practices will begin Monday November 26th

Games to start on January 5th, 2013
